Wedding photos but make it art

My photography style is photojournalistic meets editorial. It's artful storytelling for those who value experiences over things, intentional details, and adventure over perfection.

I want the portraits to embody the personalities of the couple, and I also want everyone involved to enjoy the process. As much as I want to create award-winning art, my priority will always be my couples. Yes, we'll get the kinds of photos you'd find in a magazine, but it's equally important to capture the moments the Mother of the Bride will hang in her hallway.

I strive for emotive, vibrant, chic and modern photographs that will be treasured for generations. This will be part of your legacy, after all.

capturing the In-Between moments

Artful storytelling isn't important to everyone, but it's important to you. Have peace of mind knowing the candid, unposed moments you care about most will be documented and treasured for generations.

This is photography for the people who value experiences over material items. Listen, I’ve got a pretty bougie side but at my core I’m all about connection. I will absolutely take a few extra minutes during detail shots to give your Jimmy Choo’s the kind of attention they deserve, but the photojournalistic images I take of you and your guests are going to be the ones that make your eyes well up. If you’re nodding your head to that, we’ll get along just fine.

more than just your photographer

Trusting someone to capture your big day is a huge decision. I totally get it. Because if there’s one thing that has to go right on your wedding day, it’s photography.

I’m there for you to text during wedding planning if you’re on the fence about a first look. Need a second opinion on your hair trial? I’m all ears. I absolutely want to give you photographs that you can’t stop staring at, and I also want us to build a meaningful connection while doing it. It’s not uncommon that my couples and I become friends. Every year I look forward to receiving their holiday cards or photographing their growing families.

You’ll spend 8+ hours with your wedding photographer, make sure it’s someone who you trust and enjoy being around.

The Experience

What’s included in every wedding photography package

  • Leading up to your wedding day, you’ll feel completely taken care of as I walk you through the timeline planning process, provide vendor recommendations, and even create a wedding day itinerary specifically designed for you. Side note, my detailed itineraries are typically the first thing other vendors will compliment me on. They guarantee every detail is accounted for so you don’t have to worry about receiving your final gallery and wondering where certain photos are. You can rest assured it will all be there.

  • Color Correction, Global Adjustments, Cropping, Spot + Blemish Removal all done in-house. Before photography, I was into graphic design, which basically makes me a Photoshop queen. Let’s say you want to blow up one of your photos to hang in your living room but you noticed something that you’d like removed. Or maybe you would love a particular photo in black and white. You can rest assured I’ll make that edit for you quickly and complimentary. I want you to be obsessed with your images.

  • You’ll receive all of your edited, full resolution images in an online gallery created just for you. Here you can view, download, favorite, share, and print your photos. You also get the copyright release which means you have printing rights to print your photos wherever or however you choose.

  • A thoughtfully curated guide that includes tips, FAQ, vendor recommendations, example timelines and more.

  • You’ll receive sneak peeks within 3 days and your final gallery within 5 weeks. It’s important to me that you don’t wait months for your final images after the initial hype has worn off. This is one place where speed and quality co-exist.

  • What do all of the couples in the photos below have in common? Almost all of them warned me when we first met that they can look awkward in photos. Spoiler alert, none of them are professional models and yet, they appear relaxed and natural in their photos. When we meet, I’ll spill my secret sauce that I use to achieve this every dang time.
